Here the guest is the protagonist. The journey begins with appetizers and specialties of raw fish, boiled fish and “saor” (a classic Venetian specialty) and continues with the first courses, including velvety soups, creams and homemade pasta that is paired with seasonal first fruits from Venetian gardens. After that, it continues with main courses, including fried and grilled or oven-baked fish au gratin. This journey ends, then, with the sweetness of homemade desserts.
Everything can be accompanied with a bottle of Italian wine from their selected wine list.
