Since 1987, the restaurant has focused on researching, enhancing and proposing local products and varieties: hence the dishes created by chef and owner Cesare Benelli and Paolo Semeraro. Fresh fish, uniquely flavoured vegetables and fruit, fresh pasta, products in oil and vinegar, fruit jellies and jams are all homemade, as are the desserts.
