Ai Mercanti has been open since 1980 and has always remained in the hands of the same family. Today it is a gastronomic osteria with creative seasonal cuisine with one motto: ‘all natural’!. For this same reason their proposal is based on producers who respect the land and enhance the taste of the grape without using chemicals on the vine or in winemaking and the dishes vary according to the seasonality of the raw material.
