At the end of a narrow calletta is one of Venice’s historic taverns: the Ca’ d’Oro, better known as Alla Vedova. The antique furniture, old tables, period chandeliers and many books and prints give it a unique and authentic atmosphere.

In addition to the trattoria serving traditional Venetian dishes, you can find the legendary meatballs, sarde in saor, baccalà or sépe roste (grilled cuttlefish) at the counter to be accompanied by the house mini ombrettes.
