Run by two Venetian-born brothers, Estro, the food and wine restaurant, was born in 2014.
It is located in the heart of the city, an area frequented by Venetians, between the Church of San Pantalon and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco.
They offer more than 700 labels of wine from around the world, including natural wines, made from organic grapes, by spontaneous fermentation of the must, without the addition of other substances, with the possible exception of small amounts of sulfur dioxide, also prohibiting the use of invasive procedures;
A constantly updated a la carte menu to offer the seasonality of the culinary product, thus conveying the passion for their home.
Contemporary cuisine also offers dishes for celiacs, vegetarians and fixed-price tasting menus. (There are no vegan dishes)
